This can get your property out to the highest number of people that would be interested in your property. It also allows you not to have to learn the legal jargon for selling the house, and frees up your time by allowing the agent to show the house instead of you.

No matter what the market is, you can sell your house and get the price back you want on your investment. Either method can produce the result you want: a sold property.
